Three times a week we run sessions that help put the finishing touches on your running preparation.  The sessions are designed to compliment your long runs and other training to improve;

·         Pacing

·         Hill Climbing & Descending

·         Lactate Tolerance

·         Aerobic Capacity

·         Technique

These sessions are suitable for runners of any ability; from annual fun runners to finishers of multiple marathons.  Come down and see how you like it.  They're perfect for preparing you for the fun runs and events like;

  •  Blackmore's Sydney Running Festival
  •  Gold Coast Marathon
  •  Sydney Striders Running Series
  • Sydney Marathon Clinic Running Series

Where: Alan Davidson Oval, Sydney Park (‘X’ marks the spot)

When: Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Time: 6:00am – 7:00am

Cost: $15 per session
