Why test?

Tests assess strengths and weaknesses in your sport or activity and provide data for training program prescription.  Physiological and biomechanical testing allows us to measure specific factors that are important for sporting performance.   These factors can be evaluated and appropriate training strategies can be applied to improve weaknesses.

Benefits of testing

Test results become the basis for prescribing training programs that focus on improving areas of weakness, and building on strengths.  Comparing baseline test results against subsequent fitness program tests and normative data for your sport or activity provides an objective evaluation of your training program’s effectiveness.
